Short version: we don't track you. No accounts, no analytics scripts, no third-party cookies. The longer version follows.

What we collect

Nothing personal, deliberately. We don't require an account. We don't run client-side analytics, ad pixels, or session replay. We don't set any cookies of our own.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard request logs — IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL — for operational purposes (rate limiting, abuse prevention, debugging). Those logs are retained for a short window and we don't join them with anything else. See Vercel's privacy policy for the platform-level details.

Search

When you type in the search box, the query is sent to our server so we can return matching emoji. We don't store the query and we don't link it to your IP. Pure stateless lookup.

Image CDN

Emoji images are served from cdn.mojindex.com, which we run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare logs requests for the same operational reasons and may set a__cf_bm cookie to distinguish humans from bots. That cookie is short-lived and not used for advertising.

Children

Mojindex is suitable for general audiences. Some community submissions in the index may not be appropriate for children; parental discretion advised. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone, of any age.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Major changes get an announcement.
